WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of our revenue growth management practice and you'll work in our Dutch office. You will be coaching one or multiple teams of 2 - 3 analysts, consultants and project leads to help them successfully deliver client engagements and deepening client relationships by building a network of champions inside the organization.
We help our clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of growth related topics. Our mission is to help business leaders realize meaningful growth transformations so that the companies they lead can deliver substantial value today and tomorrow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will focus on developing growth, marketing and sales strategies for leading companies in the consumer goods industry. In this role, you will: be an important source of intellectual insight on a client project; help teams frame business problems in such a way that they can execute to generate value; are responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities; be a mentor and advisor to developing analysts and consultants, develop world class-class knowledge to create new business propositions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree with consistent outstanding academic record; PhD in business or marketing-related field or MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of industry experience with distinctive record of professional achievement and impact, additional experience in a consulting firm is a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations
- Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that lead to successful client engagements
- Proven thought leadership within revenue growth management, marketing and / or sales through internally and / or externally shared publications / white papers
- Team oriented with collaborative approach, outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
- Seasoned leader with strong entrepreneurial drive who thrives on intellectual challenges and raises the bar in terms of client delivery
- Strong communication skills that enable you to explain complex ideas effectively and in a concise manner
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and if based in our Dutch office in Dutch
- Willing to travel internationally dependent on project, client development and / or business development needs
