    The Interview Process

    1. Resume Screening

    In the resume screening phase we will evaluate your potential fit based on your: motivation, academic records, professional experience and achievements. Specifically we look for clues that can help us determine if your possess the qualities that are important to excel at RGM Consulting.

    2. Experience Interview

    In the experience interview we will discuss your background and your experience so we can get to know you better. We will be asking questions help us assess your leadership capabilities, entrepeneurial drive, problem solving skills, personal impact, creativity and ability to operate as a team.

    3. Case Interviews

    In the case interviews we will work with you to solve a client case. In the process we will  test your: ability to structure problems, business acumen, numercial fluency, creativity, your ability to analyse and synthesize and your ability to communicate effectively.

    Tips & Tricks Case Interviews

    Don’t: hide your thought process

    Don’t: rush into analysis without structuring problem

    Don’t: go into defensive mode or defend your solution at all cost

    Don’t: apply cookie cutter frameworks or panic if you or are stuck.

    Do: listen to the interviewer, ask questions and be yourself.

    Do: structure the problem and develop a framework.

    Do: analyse, synthesize and draw conclusions from your findings.

    Do: think before speaking & communicate in structured manner

    Structured Thinking

    Structured thinking is one of the core skills required to excel at RGM Consulting. During our case study interviews, we test your ability to break down complex problems into logical components and develop a step-by-step approach to finding a solution. 

    Quantitative Reasoning
