WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of our revenue growth management practice and you'll work in our Dutch office. You will be leading teams of 1 - 3 analysts & consultants as you successfully complete client engagements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will focus on developing growth, marketing and sales strategies for leading companies in the consumer goods industry. In this role, you will: manage all aspects of a client project including stakeholder management; structure ambiguous problems and constantly prioritize activities to ensure projects are delivered in an efficient manger; steer analysis, hypothesis formulation & testing, and design & implementation of recommendations; develop tailor-made solutions in collaboration with clients to ensure sustainable impact; coach teams of 1 – 3 analysts in an inclusive manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree with consistent outstanding academic record; PhD in business or marketing-related field or MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of industry experience in marketing, sales and/or revenue growth management teams, additional experience in a consulting firm is a plus
- Experience devising and implementing revenue growth management, marketing and / or sales strategies involving conceptualization and quantitative analytics
- Self-starter that is both structured & flexible, methodical & creative, strategic & operational and knowledgeable & eager to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Strong leader as demonstrated in a workplace setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Strong communication skills that enable you to explain complex ideas effectively and in a concise manner
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and if based in our Dutch office in Dutch
- Willing to travel internationally dependent on project and client needs
