WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH 

You will be part of our revenue growth management practice and you'll work in our Dutch or South African office. You will be working in teams of 2 - 3 analysts, consultants and / or project leads as an active contributor in every client project.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will focus on developing growth, marketing and sales strategies for leading companies in the consumer goods industry. In this role, you will support with: the collection and analysis of marketing and sales information; the formulation and testing of hypotheses; and the development of recommendations that will be presented to clients. From there, you will support with implementation of those recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree with consistent outstanding academic record; master's in business or marketing-related topics is a plus.
• 2-3 years of industry experience in marketing, sales and/or revenue growth management teams
• Experience devising and implementing revenue growth management, marketing and / or sales strategies involving conceptualization and quantitative analytics
• Self-starter that is both structured & flexible, methodical & creative, strategic & operational and knowledgeable & eager to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Strong leader as demonstrated in a workplace setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Strong communication skills that enable you to explain complex ideas effectively and in a concise manner
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and if based in our Dutch office in Dutch
• Willing to travel internationally dependent on project and client needs
